You can make a privacy request without an account, including if someone else uploaded information about you.

Tell us what you need

Include the relevant photograph or person links and enough context to locate your information. Please do not send a passport, identity card or other sensitive documents with your initial request. If identity verification is necessary, we will discuss a proportionate method with you.

Requests are reviewed by Georg Abendlich. The GDPR normally requires a response within one calendar month. If an extension is permitted because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain the reason within that first month.

Account holders can also download their account data. This self-service export does not replace a complete access request. For a photograph that needs urgent attention, report it or request its removal.
