We process your email address, message and any name or subject you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract. An email address and message are needed to use this form.
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores form enquiries in the private EU request register. Only the designated administrator can access this inbox. Scaleway in Paris sends receipts and responses to you. Form contents are not forwarded to the operator’s consumer Gmail account. Cloudflare’s wider network and support operations may involve processing outside the EU.
Message content, actions and responses are saved privately. To limit abuse, the server processes your IP address and stores only a keyed hash and a request counter. Old counters are cleaned up when further form requests are received. Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable statutory retention requirements.
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also complain to a data protection authority, including the data protection authority of Lower Saxony, Germany. This form does not make automated decisions with legal effects.
